SEE DAMIAN LYNCH AT ISLINGTON'S THE KING'S HEAD   18th Jul 2012
See Damian Lynch at Islington's The King's HeadWhat's on Stage 4*s "..In particular, Damian Lynch as the bad tempered Bastian wonderfully encapsulates the play's twisted humour in an intentionally hysterical performance.."

"All we wanted to do was feel something again. Feel human. Then we had the idea of murdering someone."

Life is going right over Ralph & Sarah’s heads. They invite a couple of friends round in order to relieve their boredom. To get the party started Ralph jokes that the conspicuous trunk in the middle of their lounge contains a dead body - the dead body of their work colleague Mr Kolpert. Are they heartless jokers or ruthless killers? With echoes of Alan Ayckbourne and Shallow Grave, Mr Kolpert was first performed in the UK at The Royal Court in 2000. This relevant, exciting and at times violent play is ripe for a revival by theatre collective The Curious Room.
